White Bread(1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk and let cool.
    Add sugar, salt and butter. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    When milk is cool, add yeast and stir well.
    Gradually add the flour.
    Knead on floured board. Let rise.
    Knead again.
    Place in one bread pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
