Banana Nut Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. baking soda
2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
One half cup of any kind chopped nuts may be added to batter before baking.
Let cool about 20 minutes, then serve.
