Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    water
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in water for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Pull flowerets apart.
    Make a batter of the next 4 ingredients, adding just enough water to make the batter stay on the flowerets.
    Dip cauliflower in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
