Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (egg substitute works well)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
    6 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    8 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. blueberries (2 pt. pkg.)
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs and sugar until the mixture loses its granular consistency.
    Add milk and melted margarine; mix.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and add to liquid ingredients.
    Mix until just combined.
    Do not try to make it smooth.
    Toss blueberries in a little flour to coat them (this keeps them from sinking to the bottom of the bread).
    Add blueberries to batter.
