Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until frothy
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini (do not peel)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla to beaten eggs.
    Beat mixture until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add rest of ingredients to nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
