Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar.
    Add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Stir until mixture is smooth.
    Divide batter in 3 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Remove bread from pans and place on cooling rack to finish cooling. Makes 3 loaves.
