Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large, ripe bananas
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mash bananas; set aside.
Mix sugar and oil.
Take dry ingredients and alternate with bananas.
Mix well.
Add nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
Test with toothpick method until done.
