Zucchini With Mozzarella - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, scrubbed and sliced in thin pieces
1 large onion, cut in half and sliced in thin pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook zucchini for about 20 minutes, or until very tender. Drain in strainer; shake and drain more.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Top with the Mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly in center.
