Carrot Apple Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. coarsely chopped apples
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl; blend thoroughly.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture and mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except for icing.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) cake pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
