Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. zucchini or more
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. biscuit mix
1 small onion

Preparation

Slice zucchini and onion.
Put in baking dish.
Mix other ingredients and pour over zucchini.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
