Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 sliced onions
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk and cream or evaporated milk
    1 c. water that fish and potatoes were cooked in
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Simmer the haddock, potatoes and onions in water.
    Drain, reserve 1 cup.
    Add milk, salt and pepper; heat.
    Do not let boil. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the flour.
    Add to the chowder to thicken.
