Blender Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 small ripe bananas
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in bowl.
Set aside.
Put eggs, butter, bananas, and sugar into blender container.
Cover and blend on high until smooth.
Pour mixture over dry sifted ingredients, mix just to combine.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
