Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) can Solo poppy seed filling
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat together sugar, oil , eggs and vanilla.
    Combine flour and baking soda and add to first mixture alternately with the evaporated milk, mixing well.
    Add Solo poppy seed filling and mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn batter into greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool on wire racks.
