Finnish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. warm water
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 cube melted margarine
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    approximately 6 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water; set aside.
    Mix together 4 cups warm water, honey, salt and whole wheat flour.
    Add melted margarine and mix.
    Add dissolved yeast.
    Add white flour, 1 cup at a time, until it cannot be stirred anymore.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
    Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl; turn once and cover.
    Let rise until double.
