Italian Horn Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. lukewarm water
    pinch of salt
    1 c. nuts, finely chopped
    small amount of milk
    1 c. shortening
    1 packet yeast
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add flour, shortening and salt.
    Mix in sugar, lemon juice and nuts.
    Add milk until mixture is pasty.
    Pinch off pieces of dough.
    Roll dough into a round. Place a small amount of sugar mixture on dough.
    Roll dough and bend into crescent shape.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Cool slightly and roll in confectioners sugar.
