Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sour milk (to sour milk put 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar in cup and add 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk to it)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 mashed bananas (should be almost black on skins)
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add sour milk and mix.
    Add flour and baking soda; mix.
    Add bananas and walnuts.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for about 1 hour.
    Make sure toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean.
    Mushy banana bread is not good!
