Wheat Germ Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. maple or vanilla flavoring
    2 c. zucchini, coarsely shredded in blender or processor
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. sesame seeds
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugars and flavoring.
    Continue beating until thick and foamy.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Combine flour, wheat germ, soda, salt, baking powder and walnuts.
    Stir gently into zucchini mixture until just blended.
    Divide into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch or 3 (7 x 3-inch) pans.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
    Cool 10 minutes in pans, then remove and cool thoroughly on racks. Freezes well.
