Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 - 6 oz. cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 - 16 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
    1 - 16 oz. container ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain well.
    Add all other ingredients except noodles and cheeses.
    Simmer at least one hour.
    Add ricotta or cottage cheese.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    In large casserole dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, and half of mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
