Cheesy Zucchini Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, cut in slices or chunks
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. frozen tofu, thawed, rinsed, squeezed dry and crumbled
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Steam zucchini until tender.
    Mix in a large bowl the Cheddar cheese, tofu, eggs, salt, dill weed and croutons.
    Add well drained zucchini and stir gently.
    Turn into a shallow, oiled 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 3 as a main dish or 6 as a side dish.
