Blueberry Buckle Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Beat 3/4 cup sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir together 2 cups of the flour and milk alternately to beaten mixture.
    Beat until smooth after each addition.
    Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch or 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Top with blueberries.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm.
