Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add salt, sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Place over low heat; stir until steam rises.
    Remove from heat and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until firm.
    Never gets watery.
