Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. halved cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. warm water
2 tsp. salad oil
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir in berries and nuts, wheat germ and orange peel.
Combine egg white, juice, water and oil with flour mixture.
Stir just enough to moisten well.
Bake in bread loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
