Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to sugar mixture.
Stir in chopped pecans; mix well.
Shape into rolls and roll in waxed paper.
Chill several hours or overnight.
