7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour (not self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour; mix.
    Add extract and 7-Up; mix.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on ovens.
    Will be nicely brown on top.
