Good Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 small onion, diced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 block grated Swiss cheese
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Trim crust from bread.
    Cut gashes and brush with mixture of ingredients listed.
    Stuff Swiss cheese between gashes and spread the rest of the butter over top and inside.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
