Larry'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1/2 head cabbage
1 to 2 carrots
1/2 lb. ground beef (may substitute sausage or shrimp)
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. curry
1 qt. canola oil
Preparation

Finely chop vegetables.
Brown ground beef and crumble finely. Lightly stir-fry veggies.
Mix meat and veggies in bowl.
Place mixture in wrappers (egg roll).
Cook until lightly browned in Dutch oven on high or in deep fryer.
