Pink Cloud Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan; heat to boiling point.
    Remove from heat; add jello.
    Cool to room temperature. When cool, stir in cottage cheese, then fold in Cool Whip.
