Bread Starter Or Emptyings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until it's a smooth paste.
    Pour into crockery pitcher and leave 3 or 4 days until it's slightly sour and solidifies (clabbers).
    Emptyings may be replenished after use by saving a piece of the dough to put back in pitcher along with leftover scrapings.
    More buttermilk or milk may be added as needed.
