Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 to 5 c. zucchini
Preparation
    Peel, slice and core zucchini.
    Slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Cover with water and boil 5 minutes.
    Drain well and mix in remaining ingredients.
    Put in double pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
