Southwestern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz. pkg.)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients, except last two, in mixing bowl.
    Pour half batter in 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle green chillies and Cheddar cheese over batter.
    Pour remaining batter over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until set.
    Serve warm.
