Pumpkin 'N' Spice Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. salt
10x confectioners sugar
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil well with electric mixer.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, and continue beating until light.
Add pumpkin and blend.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt into creamed mixture.
Beat at low speed until blended.
Pour batter into greased pans and bake until lightly browned.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 15 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
