Chocolate Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chocolate fudge frosting
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    Reserve 1/3 cup of the frosting in large bowl.
    Combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg; blend well.
    Lightly spoon flour in measuring cup.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
    Flatten each into 2-inch circle with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 4 to 7 minutes or until set.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool 1 minute.
    Remove from cookie sheets.
    Cool completely.
    Lightly frost with reserved 1/3 cup frosting.
    Makes 4 dozen.
