Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Melt butter in heavy baking dish.
Stir in salt.
Add pecans and toss well until thoroughly coated.
Add Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and Tabasco.
Toss again. Roast in oven 45 minutes, stirring frequently until nuts are crisp.
Turn off oven and leave in closed oven for another 1/2 hour.
Makes 4 cups.
These will keep or freeze.
