Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. shredded cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 uncooked pie shell
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Spread mustard on uncooked pie shell, then fill with other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes (center should be set).
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
