Ingredients

3 to 4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs separately.
Add to flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Add milk, margarine and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat until pudding thickens, stirring frequently.
Place in bowl.
Serve hot or chill. Serves 8.
