Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    4 egg whites
    1 2/3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon rind and juice
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, yogurt and sugar.
    Add egg whites.
    Sift flour with salt and baking powder.
    Alternately add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture; add lemon juice and beat well.
    Stir in lemon rind; pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
