Tomatoes Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 firm tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove\tstems
    only
    from
    tomatoes,
    slice in half and scoop out
    middle, about 3/4 ways down.
    Steam or boil frozen spinach; drain and squeeze remaining liquid out.
    Add spinach and sauteed onions; add dash of nutmeg.
    Stuff spinach mixture into
    tomato shells.
    Sprinkle
    with
    Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
