Ham Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick ham slice
    6 sweet potatoes, peeled
    8 slices pineapple
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown ham over medium heat.
    Put potatoes around meat and sprinkle with sugar.
    Reduce heat to low and cook for about 1 hour.
    Arrange pineapple slices over ham and pour juice over all. Cook 30 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
