Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (1 1/2 c. whole wheat and 1 1/2 c. white)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini (drain liquid before using)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine and pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
