Seafood Ala Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bouillon cube
1 c. Ala (cracked bulgur wheat)
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 can shrimp or crab
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tomato, cut into pieces
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Add Ala and cover.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Drain and cool.
