Marian'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. warm water
    5 lb. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Beat together margarine, yeast mixture, sugar, egg and salt.
    Add warm water and beat in flour gradually until dough is stiff.
    Turn onto floured board and knead well until elastic and smooth.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Shape into loaves or rolls; place in greased pans.
    Cover and let rise until almost double.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes for loaves, 20 minutes for rolls.
    Remove from pan and brush with melted butter.
