Beef Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. diced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. thin strips green pepper
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Drain.
Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn, bouillon and green pepper.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice.
Remove from heat. Cover.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Serves 4 to 5.
