Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. boiling water
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water. Pour into meal.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add milk, then beaten eggs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
