Italian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn
2 pears
1 small jar artichoke hearts
2 avocados
1 small can sliced black olives
1 lb. bacon
Italian dressing
Preparation

Cook bacon until very crisp and break into pieces.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve with Italian dressing.
This is a very simple and elegant salad to serve.
