Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thin slices bread
    4 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. Catalina dressing
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped peeled tomato
    1/2 c. chopped peeled cucumber
Preparation
    Into a large mixing bowl, put ingredients.
    Let soak for 1 hour, then put through blender.
    Add salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste.
