Sugar Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each one.
    Stir in vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together, add gradually to creamed mixture.
    Form a ball, cover and chill for 3 hours.
    Roll out, cut into shapes.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
