Baked Apricots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans peeled apricots
    1 box Ritz crackers
    2 boxes light brown sugar
    butter (lots of it)
Preparation
    Drain apricots well.
    Put a layer of apricot halves in a greased baking dish. Cover with brown sugar.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers and dot thickly with butter. Repeat this until dish is full. Add chopped cherries and chopped pecans to top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
