Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
1/2 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
2 heaping tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into two large greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
This recipe also makes great muffins!
