Chocolate Crinkle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
    Stir in milk and nuts. Store batter in refrigerator 1 to 2 days before baking.
    Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
