Chicken Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown slowly on both sides in oil.
Remove from skillet and place in shallow baking dish. Mix together soup, water, evaporated milk and mushrooms.
Pour liquid mixture over the pork chops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
Makes 3 servings.
